He was a Vice President and senior credit analyst at Declaration Management & Research (John Hancock subsidiary) instrumental in early identification of the housing crisis. Vivek was a Vice President at H.C. Wainwright & Co. in the investment banking group responsible for corporate finance transactions including raising growth capital for small to mid-sized private companies. Vivek was an AVP in the commercial banking group of Bank of America and began his career as a commercial credit analyst. Vivek received a BS in Finance from the University of Maryland (College Park) and an MBA from Fordham University.
