Send us Fan MailThis week the women talk to their mentor and mediation "dad", Mike MacConnell.Mike MacConnell, founder/director at Reflective Mediation, is an accredited mediator, life coach, educator, and author of The Yoga of Divorce: A Mindful Route to Resolving Disputes.  He began his career as a teacher. In 1989 he founded SOLA, (School of Liberal Arts), a private university-preparatory high school, which he co-directed in central Toronto until 2010. Conflict resolution has been his focus since then, as a personal communication coach and accredited family mediator. He works primarily with couples and individuals seeking non-adversarial separation and divorce. In addition to his private practice, he is also a member of The Modern Divorce; a unique team of four professionals: two family lawyers, a divorce financial expert and Mike as the negotiator.
