Okay? So if you don't know who I am, I'm Rachel Mindy. I'm a transformation coach it's the best name that I could come up with. What I concentrate on is helping my clients build faith, build acceptance of themselves, and that is coupled with self-love, and with that a transformation takes place and they see themselves in a whole new light. That's what I do. 00:35I had a question come to me from just an absolutely beautiful person. I wanted to share that question with you, and then I'm going to share with you the solutions that I gave her. She asked me earlier this week how I have unwavering faith in God and how she could go about getting that on her own. She mentioned that she doesn't have a practice right now. She knows that she has an assignment, she knows that she is very powerful, but she does not necessarily have that unwavering belief and faith in the things that she wants to start with. That doesn't matter at the moment. She told me that she was listening to a podcast video or something and he was talking about meditation. She said that she's tried it and that it didn't really work for her. She doesn't get it, but she wants to because it's going to benefit her and family. She's just simply asking how do you have this unwavering faith in God? How do you do this? 01:39In the next couple of videos, I'm going to make these videos short and go through the steps that I gave her. I didn't want to keep that between the two of us, because that's what I have been doing for years. I want to share the information with anyone who may or may not have the same issue. One thing I want to say this is a PSA, I curse. So if you don't like cursing, if cursing is going to move you away from the actual message that I am putting out, then you probably just need to keep going. You can keep scrolling or stop the video or just don't watch it anymore. Thanks!
