S1. Ep. 33: Improving The Standard (With Henry Staggs)

Henry Staggs, Owner of Preferred Roof Consultants of Arizona, is a veteran in the roofing industry. He is the creator of the site “TheArizonaRoofer.com” and his mission is to improve the roofing industry in Arizona. Henry started out in the industry at only 12 years old, working for his Grandfather. He joined forces with a friend and started his first roofing company when he was 17. He decided to try out other areas as well, and after trying numerous other career paths, he realized his heart and passion was in roofing. Thanks to his desire to branch out, he managed to bring new tools and skills learned in previous jobs to further his roofing career. He helps roofers become more business savvy and improve their companies. Safety is an important component, he helps to educate people on how important it is to identify the hazards on the job and provide protection for employees. He went through some hard times professionally and personally due to an injury, but it opened him up to the world of consulting and hasn’t look back since! He’s learned a lot through the different phases of his life and uses that knowledge to propel his business forward.
