This management can be viewed from the Human Resources Management lens.  For the future of work, evolving or changing is inevitable in keeping up or coping with the changes that will be encountered. In managing this change, human capital management is key. People management with respect to organizational behavior takes center stage in this regard, where conflicts are inevitable and should be managed.  For this episode, I will discussing this issue with Charles Okeibunor.
