The Universe has planted the dream in you for a specific reason.  When you are sleeping, your brain is not in a rest mode, in fact when you are sleeping, your brain even more active rather than when you are wake up.When you are sleeping, you tap into the non-physical realm, that you can also call astral realm or the realm of your spirit/soul that counterpart with your human body. So when you have a dream, you always connected with your body, but at the same time, your spirit wake up in the astral realm.  Just like what Neo in The Matrix movie, everything that he experience in the dream world, he can feel the emotion throughout his body while he's dreaming and after he woke up. Emotion is energy in motion. Your dream, everything that you experience through physical and the non-physical you also energy. So dream is not only a dream/something that not important, but when you are dreaming, your soul actually having a soul experience in he spiritual world/dimension, the same field while you are meditate or channel into universal consciousness.  You are a multidimensional being, a spiritual being having a human experience.
