S1 Ep. 7 - The WHOLE Bible is True
from Understanding the Bible · host Pastor Steven
Christians must follow the WHOLE Bible and not pick and choose what parts to believe. (See Episode 3 for a definition of the whole Bible, 66 books from Genesis to Revelations.) When we hear of "Contradictions", or we hear a preacher say, "What it means to me" as if it could mean something else to you, or when we read something in the Bible that doesn't make sense; how do we respond? Should Christians ignore that passage? Discount it? Choose not to believe it altogether? Choose to interpret it ourselves and come up with a meaning for it? No. Listen to this episode to gain an understanding as to what you should do to strengthen your faith when you read or hear about difficult passages in the Bible. As always, please email me at [email protected] for further explanation or insight.
