After 15 years working in PR Lucy Jackson is now the CEO of Spread a Smile, a wonderful charity who aims to make a positive difference to seriously ill children and their families at such a difficult time in their lives. From face painting, celebrity visits, magicians they will do anything to bring a smile back to ill children. In this episode host Chris Davies, CEO of Uncommon and Lucy discuss challenges with fundraising, providing a service and navigating their way through the pandemic when they had to rethink their business model.
