We are told how to do many things in our lives & trying to understand things is something that keeps us distracted, limited & unfulfilled. This is something to be aware of it any moment that you aren't understanding something. Sometimes things aren't meant to make sense. Remember, The Universe has got all of our backs.When it comes to a higher vibrational frequency teaching or learning, I'd suggest a slightly different approach, with basically being open to the new information without needing to understand what it is.
