S1 EP15 - Rebecca Black - Preterm labour hospital birth + C-section belly birth

Rebecca shares with us her incredible journey to motherhood with two extremely different birth experiences, and what it was like birthing during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. Initially terrified of birth, a hypnobirthing course helped her feel connected and fall in love with the process, giving her the vital skill to stay calm when she went into preterm labour at her baby shower, just shy of 35 weeks. That drive led her to create her own business joining her two passions; supporting clients as a psychologist, and hypnobirthing. She had an unexpected turn of events with her second birth leading to a c-section.
