This week Liz joins us to share her 3 different physiological birth experiences with us! A water birth on the midwife led unit birth with her first, a physiological birth on the labour ward with her second following an ECV (external cephalic version) following a breech diagnosis with her second baby & her final baby was born at home following a low PAAP-A diagnosis, supported by our very own Luiza! Liz describes her fear of birth, the preparation she put into her birth experiences & the lessons she learned from each birth experience.
