On the toughest days, grab one of those items and read it to yourself. Block a few minutes each week on your work calendar to capture specific “thank you’s” for your co-workers and write them down. Send them to your co-workers every week. Remember to be specific on the situation and what they did that made you feel gratitude. Consider using short video “thank you’s” to send to your co-workers or direct reports (especially Gen Z)! Create a new Receiving Tracker note in your smartphone. At the end of the day, add 1 or 2 moments that turned out to be a gift.
