He has written the authorized biography of the great band Barenaked Ladies entitled "Barenaked Ladies: Private Stunts, Public Stories." Paul also authored "It Aint Easy: Long John Baldry and the Birth of the British Blues," of which he then penned the script for the documentary film "Long John Baldry: In the Shadow of the Blues." Paul’s third book, "A Wizard, a True Star: Todd Rundgren in the Studio" is wonderful trip inside the studios of all many of the artists Todd has produced, including The Band, XTC, The New York Dolls, Grand Funk, Meatloaf, Hall & Oates, Psychedelic Furs and others. Paul’s most recent book is the authorized biography of the incredible comedy troupe Kids in the Hall, entitled "Kids in the Hall: One Dumb Guy." Paul is also a songwriter, musician and performer.
