We talk to Cerise Lim Jacobs, Pulitzer Prize winning opera creator and librettist from the multicultural hub of Singapore whose latest opera, I Am A Dreamer Who No Longer Dreams, tackles head on issues of social justice and democracy, starting with immigration.
