S1 EP6 - Safety & Empowerment on the Run

from Runner's Round Table · host Stephanie Diaz

In this episode Stephanie is joined by runners and run coaches Sabrina Ehmke and Katherine Wuestenfeld to talk about our reactions to Eliza Fletcher's abduction, how her murder has impacted us, and the ways in which we are working on empowering ourselves and others on and off the run. A trigger warning as we do talk about the culture of victim blaming. Additionally, Stephanie is a yoga teacher with advanced certifications in yoga for athletes, Yoga For All, and Empowered Wisdom Yoga Nidra.
