#S11-028: What It Means to See with the Eye of Faith [Podcast]

Jesus referred to a commonly used expression among his followers today: the eye of faith. We often talk about having clear spiritual vision, like having 20-20 vision. It's a vision that comes from the Holy Ghost, allowing us to see things the way God sees them, rather than the way the world sees them. Imagine an artist attempting to paint a picture of Jesus on the cross. They can only capture the physical details, like the blood and water flowing from his side. But they cannot capture what the eye of faith sees in that blood: salvation and forgiveness. If we only focus on the physical aspects, we may miss the bigger picture. Understanding what it truly means to see with the eye of faith is our main focus in this week's edition of Light on Life.
