They sent me this gorgeous, rather than most gorgeous Star Wars cover ever. I know they like this messing with it. The Revenge of the Sith, the Lux edition by Matthew Stover. Look at that.
Look at that Darth Vader there and then again, I know we won with the lava and of course this is how it feels to be anakin Skywalker forever. And the interiors just as gorgeous as the outside. There's some great art in there. I don't know right now the name of the artist.
It's their insight. So yeah, this comes out in about 10 half weeks, October 14th. I'll be jumping into this one soon. I hope to finish the last order this weekend.
I still got about 80 pages ago where I should be able to finish it this weekend. Do my review for that book next week. And then I'll probably jump into this one. I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to read all of it plus my review out.
Although the review will most likely be about the new edition, what else they've added. There's a lot of annotations from the author from Matthew Stover. We'll focus on those, focus on the arts. I'm not going to go full review of the book.
This is a book that came out 25 years ago. That's why we're getting this deluxe edition. It's an anniversary edition. But yeah, go and get it October 14th.
Again, if you already have it and you just want to have it in your bookshelf, I think this is a conversation story. It's a great cover. So I'll do a quick review for that when I get a chance hopefully next couple of weeks. Also, I'm excited to jump into Master of Evil, the entries of the writer book.
So that comes out in November. So not a big rush. But there's a lot of Star Wars books out there. And here's here, the name, the OT.

I was thinking of getting it. I think I had actually pre-ordered it. But then I decided to cancel it because I already have the book. It now comes with the annotations that cover it.
I'm sure I can. I'm sure I can. I'm sorry for the lights. And just the inside.
There's some great art on the inside. And I can have Pat Mary just being a happy couple there. And then in contrast with the back, which is being built as Darth Vader. And if you take out the plastic, I don't know what you call that, then you have no different cover there.
So I'm messing everything up. So for people that just want to have it on the bookshelf, I think it's worth it. I don't know what's fancy to do this. Oh, you guys are like a reviewer copy?
Yes. So this kind of comes out in two weeks. October 14th, I was extremely grateful and surprised that they sent me a natural copy. So congrats.
Yeah, thank you. The only thing now where I feel the pressure having to finish all those books at the same minute, next like three weeks. So it'll be a lot of reading. And I don't know if I'll be able to get everything out on time.
But what do I best? It's a good problem to have. Yeah, again, I'm not complaining. I'm extremely grateful and extremely privileged to be able to do this.

Let's talk Star Wars and again, Star Wars movie news. I was moving news. All right, they know surprise. What our main topic is for today.
But I guess I'm surprised that we finally got that trailer for the Mandagoy and Grogo. We've been speculating for months. We've been asking when is this trailer coming out? What's Lukas doing?
On the other end, they usually do this anyway. They wait two, six months before the movie comes out or seven. Then we leave Star Wars. It was coming out last week, then it wasn't.
Yeah, everything happened last week. We talked about it was that the reason they didn't come out with all the hoopla, about this thing was going and losing $4 billion in valuation or whatever it was. And then as always, on a random one day, when things were still kind of weird out there for them, that's where they dropped. Yeah, they dropped the trailer in like an hour later.
Oh, by the way, Jimmy Kimmel's coming back. Yeah. Actually, before we put that trailer, it came out, I saw that Star Wars was trending. I thought, I thought the trailer dropped or we're still debating, can we talk about Star Wars in these atmosphere we're living in?
And then I saw people mostly negative, like, oh, they think they're going to bring people back, I'm still not going to watch. I'm not going to do this blah, blah, blah. So I was a little bit down anyway. So I don't know how I'm feeling right now.
So I watch it. I'm like, okay, it's a trailer. And like you said, like two hours later, oh, yeah. And Jimmy Kimmel's coming back tomorrow.
So then everything settled a little bit. Now we're happy and we don't take it somewhere anymore. Yeah. Which is a weird balance.
I said, okay, great. I'm still not going to invite this influencer. I still think this is for what happened, which is true. So I don't feel anything against that people are still going to feel if you're about jumping to Star Wars in this movie.
But at least it was a step in the right direction. So okay, let me calm down. And I've been watching it throughout the week. And I have my thoughts, they've changed.
I'm happy about it. And let's watch it. Let me get it ready. I'm sure I've got it ready.
I want that. It took me like three watches to be like, oh, no, the race across the slide. That's how the trailer starts. Yeah, no, but I just like, forgot it wasn't there anymore.
All right. So let's go ahead. All right, there we go. There it is.
From the number star fighter. Oh, no, that one's silver completely. Yeah. I wonder what happened to the number star fighter though.
Like, I mean, I guess we'll learn. Maybe. We might know. Or maybe Grogo's there.
It's like Rene Weaver, Ripley herself. Yeah. Love with going, so it's back for the sound that we didn't know. So that's cool.
But now it's orchestral because it's a movie. The logo swimming, fucking sub. Yeah, that shot of him flying through the wings. Yeah.
I love this drawing. They seem to look like the one from season three. Yeah, it reminds me of the thing they find in the rules of Mandalore. And of course, come on.
Oh, no, we are. I love the lingering shot of that shit. And then you go with the exchange every month. By another creature.
Cool. Yeah. Maybe. It's gonna be hard.
They're leaning super hard into the. Adventure's serial like poster was awesome. Yeah, like that. The good and the ugly vibe to it.
I wish that they changed the title to like just to go like full on old school. The Mandalorian, the motion picture. I've never been fully in the title. No, I hate it.
I understand why they got put the logo in there. So I think you're just with baby Yoda. But yeah, I mean, they should have a lot of Star Wars titles by the way. So I don't care.
We talked about it. They're not the best. But it's we don't have to speculate. It's a story about the Mandalorian and your logo.
All right. So let's jump into a real quick. This is a T-cell trailer. No story beats really into it.
What do you think? Yeah, just to like impressive and good shot, baby. You're right kind of hit on it a little bit, but that the tone that it's setting the vibe is eventual zero kind of stuff. Are you enjoying like Brandon said going back to this fun adventure star?
Are you enjoying what we're getting so far? Or what we got? As if I was actually looking to it. Yeah.
It's definitely pulling us into that. I can imagine the action, adventure serial of it all. I do. It's still not like what I love the most in Star Wars.
I do enjoy the Mandalorian, but it's still like not going into the forest and into like dark side versus side side. So I will still miss that, but it's been a while since we've seen Mando and Grogo. So it's going to be fun to. Oh, by the way, my parents were here last week and apparently I got this after I left Puerto Rico.
Oh, cool figure. Yeah. So. Yeah, I still have like a bunch of questions.
Also, by the way, it kind of reminded me of like, do you remember that phase and marvel when they were firing all right around right before infinity? Whenever a movie wasn't great, they would just use the effort. Fun. Yeah.
And this movie looks fun to me. So excited. Yeah. I like it.
Like I mentioned, when I watch it for it's like, okay, this is the Mandalorian. It seems like what we watched before, nothing to blow me out of water. Like we're back in the movies finally after whatever many years at this point. But the more I watch it, the more I call myself then I cannot remember.
Yeah, this is what Mando is supposed to be. I know some people hate. Kind of probably went from season two back in season three, don't even forget everything you should also learn about the COVID and all that stuff. But at the end to me, if I'm gonna watch this, I just wanna sit down, stop my face with popcorn and watch that add up from the snow banks like 20 times because yeah, it's fun.
We need fun. It's always back. So the more I keep watching it, the more I keep enjoying it. Again, we have no idea what the story is.
We got a little synopsis. I'm gonna read it in a couple of minutes. I like the vibe. Yeah, it's a fun adventure.
Is it a movie? Should it be in season four? I don't know. We'll see when we sit there.
I. Maybe mentioned this when you read the synopsis, but what I will say, like, yeah, like it didn't blow me away. No, not at all. I was like, oh, more Mandalorian.
Still scratching my head why it's a movie in theaters and not a season four. Maybe it's because they're moving away from the C plus and we just wanted to see how it does as a movie. But yeah, like, I don't know. I feel like everyone wanted to have strong feelings about it.
And so it's either like, this is a game changer. Like, this is the next generation of Star Wars or this is horrible. It looks terrible. Like, it doesn't look terrible.
It doesn't look like the next generation of Star Wars. It just looks like a Mandalorian movie. I like the show. I'll be there day one.
So. Yeah, that's when I mentioned I wasn't social media. The first half was people were complaining that, ah, we need this. It looks horrible.
And like, oh, this is great. Although, three cheers were great. I have no problem with that. And the other people were like, yes, I'm so excited for this.
Finally, I'm like, sure dude. It's okay, trailer. We don't know what's going on. So it's still on.
You're right. No, go go go go. Finishing. I'm okay.
It doesn't look like movie. It doesn't look like it's on four. It doesn't matter. I think right now we're going to get props, it was rogue guys from the scary post about it.
The way big 10-fold TV series look now. They look like movie. There's not going to be a big jump in terms of quality from what we've been watching on the small screen basically. That's what I was going to say.
Like I know Obi had those issues with the volume. And yeah, I get it like the sculpting. It just looks like like, but Mandalorian has always look great. Remember that trade dragon episode of the aspect ratio change?
Like that felt like that feeling. Yeah, I think we talked about it. This is like, I'm going to watch us all. The first couple of minutes.
So this look like we watch a movie. It looks like. And I literally bought an ETV one man that was coming out. And it did not disappoint.
So like, I have no concerns. And they've been post-production for almost eight years. Still get up on your left. I have no concerns.
Yeah. And I watched it all the time. I watched it as being on my laptop or my work computer, which is OK. But it's not on my 4K 65 at home, which I watch here.
So it's like, oh, it looks even better here. That's also something Tony mentioned. Like, he's like, you just watch it on your phone three times. Like, wait until you watch it on a movie theater.
Like, oh, shit, right? Like, they're going to play it. And this aren't fan always asking, put TV episodes in the movie theaters. You want to watch this in the theaters?
And the theaters? And the premieres and the movie theaters. And people love the big screen. And this is made for the big screen.
So in that sense, yeah, give me a movie. I'll take it. We got the new race request, which is good to see. There's some rumors out there how he got it.
I don't want to jump into that. In case people haven't seen the rumors, it's no big deal anyway. But yeah, the race request is bad. You're like seeing the race request back?
Yeah. I'm torn because I love that trip to sign. Hate it when they blew it up. But then they gave him the Naboo Starfighter in Book of Boa, which I love that ship.
It's the sign I love. Yeah, that's great. I want to see how maybe he has a house now. I think I'm fucking there for this mission.
Yeah, I have to race a crest. A quick round to the grocery store who take the Naboo, the Enwah. Or maybe it's not his. And he sees it.
He's like, I'm taking it. Yeah, it does to Seve and just still set. I said, dude, let's talk about Seve. Maybe my favorite part of the trailer was saying Seve Jump.
I'm here at Stone King on the Head. You can ask for this battle, Steph. Yeah. I'm excited to see how what his role is.
How big it is. If he's a full on CD-I character, how much we progress in terms of Star Wars. I think it's going to be a full easy deal. Which is fine.
But I want to see him kicking us. I think Seve is one of those unsung heroes from Rebels. I'm not going to say that people want to talk about him. Of course, we want to talk about him as a great back story.
So I'm excited to see him and Mando go toe to toe in a scene or go on animation together. So we're going to be fun to see the two of them. Yeah. We had Grogo being Grogo.
And he moves better. I'll say he moves a little bit better. I think he moves exactly the same way he goes. He's swimming.
He's swimming. He is. He's with the hand seventh. Do you think do you have any concerns about this being too cutzy or is it the same?
What we should expect from the other one? Come on. I know I love that scene in the finale of the third season with the Maestroys crashing against R5. No, I have no concerns on the Shelby and cutzy.
I'm here for it. It's the man going on Grogo. He is a tetular character. I guess it's not my concern.
No concerns about Grogo's part in this. I think I've grown past that. The concerns I have going to season three. Same as with Seva and Ereta.
I just want to see why he's part in this is how much he's involved in it. And if he's just hanging out with the Anselas for most of it and just causing chaos for little creatures out there, I'll take it. More Anselas is always great. Those little creatures.
Babu freak. Who would have thought that Babu freak? I would have thought. That's gone now.
They were in the hyperbolic. That's right. Look at us. Look at us.
And someone that I couldn't believe is back and going to have to look at him again. He's floated the hot. Probably one of my least favorite characters in all of Star Wars, from my least favorite Star Wars movie, which is a Clone Wars movie. I hate little stinky.
I hate when they call him stinky. He's not little stinky anymore. He might be stink-bick stinky now. We haven't seen him just in the back.
I think we had seen an image of him. But he's there. Do you think Roda and other were a bunch of rumors way back when about his involvement in the movie? Are you hoping we see more with Roto and just the Yladiator scene?
I think from the rumors we've heard, he's part of the story. So yeah, hey, more Java hot. Sure. I think that twins, those hot twins are on the poster.
Also the poster at the end. So we can talk about it a little bit. Yeah. The hot torture is all placed into this a little bit.
Yeah. I mean, if we're going into the underworld, I guess that makes sense. Yeah. We talk about the adats below in open the snow.
We've heard all the descriptions of that scene as the genres. I've seen it in the video, but I've seen it. No, imagine that on the big screen. Yeah, I was going to mention that it wasn't like, I mean, maybe I just don't remember it that much, but it all felt like new things I was seeing.
Yeah, I was seeing of him like this bumping. But I don't know. I don't think it was like that same trailer that showed in celebration. Yeah, I mean, maybe half of it.
And there's a lot of stuff we didn't see before. Weird aliens, we mentioned some of the great aliens they're showing. This something that Mandel audience don't really good. I think in my opinion, it's bringing new aliens or different alien designs into Star Wars.
We got like three different ones in this trailer. So I'm excited to see how that goes. Aliens in Star Wars is one of the things you always are looking for. And that you win.

Brilliant dollars right there. All right. So a quick synopsis that tells us that's not thinking about the movie. I have a comment on this.
The evil empire has fallen and Imperial Warlords remain scattered throughout the galaxy. As the fledging, new republic works to protect everything that rebellion fought for, they have enlisted the help of legend, the remandallorian bounty hunter, Dean Jaren, Pedro Pascal. And his younger friend is Grogu, as himself. And that's all we got.
We don't know what mission, why they're calling on them. So it's basically season one. Yeah. Oh man.
They even got the razor crest back. And they just changed the bounty hunter gill for the new resistance. Yeah. Exactly.
They brought in, they brought in another 80s big star. Yeah. And the given drums. Yeah.
I imagine this movie was going to be like, not maybe a reset, but like, in the sense that I don't think it's necessarily made for the people who have watched all three seasons. I think they want to be more inclusive about it and just be like, hey, if you haven't watched a single second of the show, you can still come in and watch this. So maybe that's why it all feels like a reset in a way. So my next question I'm going to guess you're also going to be no, and I'm not going to marry thing.
Do you think this ties up? Because they're bringing him in to help with protect what the rebellion has fought for. Does this tie up to thrown coming from very, or that's too much into people having watched Mando, three season, plus Ahsoka know something about levels. Is that too much to bring in right now?
I think it kind of has to. Like, I mean, we still don't really know what it is. Like, it could just be like an adventure. That's it.
Like it has a beginning and an ending and not much out of it. I think you could still tell a story where Thrawn is lingering in the background, all that all. Like if the empire is involved with this and we know the timeline we're in and we know what happened in the Soka, like, yeah, he should have a role here. But think about maybe, um, Empire Strikes Back and the Hope where we know the ever is there.
We just see him in the hologram and Empire Strikes Back and you hope we don't even hear much about him. He just exists. So, and even think of Chama the Hot House, his presence is so important in all three movies and we don't get him until until a return of the Jedi. So you could maybe do like a thing where it just sets up like this movie maybe doesn't directly lead into the Faloni movie.
We know not about maybe it's gonna be weird because I think Ahsoka will have already come out when this movie comes out. Maybe it doesn't all tie in together, but maybe you can go like, Hey, if you want to know what happens after, uh, to the Empire after the Mandolin Grogomoe, go watch the Faloni movie. Okay. I'm trying to figure out why the new Republic calls Mando to help.
I don't know why they need their help. Because at the end of season three, he's like, yeah, I'm just gonna do jobs for you. I know, but to say, Hey, the Republic did this purpose. Anyway, you could actually bring thrown in there.
Like we're battling this massive like threat. We need help handling this because they are already short handed. Yeah. I don't know.
I'm gonna go. Man, team medals instead. I forgot about that one. So yeah, so my first thought is maybe that's why they need him thrown back and they need himself to complete whatever mission if that's the Rotata, the Hot Kind of Side plot or whatever.
But at the same time here when you talk about maybe this is an entry point for people that know too much about it, it reminds me a little bit of when Star Trek used to do movies in between shows, they really never tied into most of what's going on with the series at that point. Maybe with the board when they came in, but all the movies were really standalone as long as you know who the characters were, the stories didn't tie up directly to what came before. Something like that that you don't need to have followed. Maybe it was Season 1 and you know who is character.
Yeah, let's go watch Mando Girl, we don't follow for a little bit. Someone who has seen all the Star Trek movies and never basically watched more than five episodes of a Star Trek TV show. Like, yeah. Like, and I've never felt like, oh, you just watch the show.
You know who Kirk and Spock were, you could figure out who it was. I knew who Kirk and Spock were. I knew who Kirk and Spock were. You can figure out who Kirk and the next generation were like that.
Yeah. So I think my, I think this movie again, it's gonna make a billion dollars probably now. I think it's gonna surprise a lot of people with how that reach that it has for your channel people, I want to go through and movies for a little bit. I'm a green guy somewhere.
Let me go sit for two hours. Yeah, I mean, maybe Yoda is a cultural cultural thing. So like that's not possible in. Yeah, I get I don't need this to be like a game change.
I just need it to be good. Like that's what we answer for everything. So let's go and talk about this, which is the poster that they drop also. Let me get this away.
So a very adventure style poster. Some people are saying Indiana Jones, you mentioned the good, but on the ugly same with the funds for the new Mando and Grogo title card. I'm not getting this. I like it.
I love that poster. Yeah, it really doesn't go anywhere. It tells you what you're going to what respect on this movie is a big fun adventure. These are the characters.
The hot side there, seven is there. Somebody got a bigger part to play. Yeah, this looks like a I don't say 70s, but more Western than maybe Indiana Jones. I think it has like an Indiana Jones flavor to it as well.
By the way, the polls were right for us like right there. False rifle is like he uses in a treasure to shoot those two weird creatures. Oh, whatever. I didn't.
I think it's I was saying like four times. I know what I believe you. Yeah, this I really like this poster. Like I know people make fun of it, but the faces, the mountain poster template, like you've all the posters for Blackbusters on the other same.
We got all the faces like together. The blue-body heads like a triangle thing. What star was I always liked? It felt kind of epic to me, but I like this.
I like they're going with something different. It's it's over stimulating. Like all these things. Yeah, man, I know three times.
It is different. I think that has that poppy feel feel that Star Wars always has. So I think I think it was and I like it. All right, so that's it.

All right. Another big surprise that we got thought it was visions, which you already had a trailer for that. You had not seen it. I was this close to not watching it, but it came out like three days ago.
I'm like, I got to watch it. I know it came out, but I haven't had a chance to watch it. So cool. So we're going to play together.
I'm going to play in a minute. Are you how shocked are you that we got the Mando trailer plus the vision trailer on the same week? No, I'm shocked that we hadn't gotten the business for it. Earlier.
Is that that's coming out this month, right? Like at the end of basically so. I'm going to be 29th. So I'm one basically I'm on front today.
And I'm on the two days. Yeah. We got the first trailer during celebrations. I wasn't like, all right.
So keen to have another trailer because that first one was great. And we got so much information during celebration. We're going to need trailer. And yes, we're going to watch it.

There's not one even black, which is the song to go on that. First, I kind of weird looking but it's designed to be that way. But everything that I saw in that trailer and blown away. And I want to see everything right now.
There's not one that I just want to watch that one. If I cannot forget the others, I want to watch all of them. Looks like we're going to get more space battle. There's a lot of starships going on.
We haven't seen that too much. But I know it's the first time watching it, but how you feeling? No, it was awesome. I really, really like just like as you mentioned, like you can piece together.

Yes, the duel is probably one of my least favorite visions episodes overall, but like what they released for the sequel, like I'm like, oh, this looks pretty awesome. So I'm even excited for that one. Yeah, that was one was heavily marketed for season one or volume one. That's the cool looking one.
Yeah, they got on novels and books and all this other stuff connected to it. And I really enjoyed it. It wasn't my top three, but it wasn't my favorite one of the season for the top three top four between twins, ninth Jedi, maybe it was afterwards after no, I was an over and between I forgot the name right now, but this one is right, the village, right? The village bride was great.
It wasn't my middle one. There's another one that I forgot is when these two are mass on apprentice go to village. The elder, the elder. That was kind of looked like the Ronin just a little bit in color.
Had the rain all that stuff. Right. Love in Ronin that it looked like he's working with this other safe, the Twilight has a prosthetic lightsaber leg. Jesus F Christ.
Like who thinks about that? And that's why I love our visions is when we talk about servers just go crazy. That's visions just go. And it's also I love that working that shows up with a little e-works.
It kind of has like a sense city vibe to it. Sure. Because just in the how grotesque and absurd it is. And that one.
So we have two safe, which in the first one was too safe battling together. Here we have one guy called a Jedi, right? Because I have blue lightsaber. So it's kind of interesting to see how that story plays out.
But even the little cute sea one with a teddy bear. Yeah. I'm very interested in that one that draw that turns into a mix of the girl can just start next week and just go into hyperspace. Maybe that's the story story coming to the foreground.
Like everything just blooming away and nice Jedi for them to say okay, we're doing a sequel to a nice Jedi plus we're adding a series afterwards. There has to be something we're getting this season. That's going to be even better than last time. I'm fascinated for how they're going to like set that up.
If they're going to set that up. And we were getting a village right sequel, right? Because I think I saw. Yeah, just there from from that.
