And welcome to another episode of Ready to build on a Star Wars, my name is Star Wars, I'll be talking about that and thank you for giving us on this special Star Wars Sunday. We're doing a piece of yesterday, we got a couple of things going on, our co-hosts, we see, going in and a couple of minutes, so we can jump into all the fun Star Wars stories and we haven't covered any past couple of ways, so we'll get into those in a couple of minutes. But thank you for being here, happy International Women's Day to everyone out there, some great women characters, actresses, writers, directors, scores, music, composers, I should say, indie Star Wars, universe, tutorial people out there, so congratulations and happy International Star, international women's day to day. Alright, thank you, turn it over here.
It's been a while, it's been a couple of weeks since we've jumped into the Star Wars universe to talk about everything that's been going on, there's been a couple of interviews, I would say, Sanguid who has been talking, there's been Lesley Headland interviews and of course the big Empire article that just dropped, it's been kind of dropping different bits past week that full magazine comes out later in March, I'm sure there'll be some extra stuff in there, but I just thought, let's start, I've been stuck in all Star Wars, even though there isn't a lot of news and big stuff to talk about, I've been stuck in Star Wars, I wanted to do something today, so as always thank you for everyone that's joined us either live here or later watching the replay, or listening to Yoda Portia, as always, and our friend this year, Artie, I'll go host, he's in, Artie, how you been doing, there's been a couple of weeks, I was talking to people out there, not a bunch of actual Star Wars news out there, but I feel that age to talk Star Wars, so hey, let's do it, how are you doing? I'm doing fine, I'm excited to be here I guess, and not really sure what happened in the Star Wars world, you took me a couple of things that we were going to talk about, I was like okay sure, so I'm doing fine, my first daylight savings, well my second daylight savings such, but here I am. Yeah I forgot you on this, I almost, when we were planning doing, I almost texted you, I like oh remember, time change, but I forgot one of the same ones, but one of the first things but I wanted to ask you, and I think you might have been in Puerto Rico, were you in Boston the big, snowstorm just here a couple of weeks ago? Oh we haven't talked since, no I wasn't Puerto Rico, I was supposed to get here Monday I think, and I was at a wedding, and literally as we were sitting down in the reception I got the message from the blue, like hey your flight doesn't cancel, so I was there for like three more days.
I had an eight hour layover in North Carolina, we have nothing to do in the Royal Airport. Yeah I've been to that airport a couple times just to change flights going somewhere else, yeah it's fine for about four or five minutes to an hour, get something to it and then get on your flight, but yeah there's not a lot of stuff to do. It's a very pretty airport, there's nothing to do with it, the bathrooms are super nice, super clean, nothing to do there. Yeah, I'm going to get married bathrooms before it becomes weird, so yeah my brother was sending me pictures from his backyard in Boston, like every couple of hours just inches of no growing and growing, oh man I don't miss it, no it's gonna be high degrees here tomorrow It was funny because my in-laws were actually here in Massachusetts because they were visiting and we were like hey come in like a couple of days earlier so you can take care of Marley our dog and they were like okay sure and we're like it's only three days, whole week though there's no storm in everything.
Hopefully you already have food there for them so they don't have to go out and battle this notice. Yeah I mean one of the good things about Massachusetts is like people are used to this, in the middle of the storm you look the window and people are crying and you're like sure okay, so it's just like a couple hours disruption, but I mean some people got it really bad, but at least where I live it was fine and yeah oh and today it's like almost 60 degrees so the snow is melting which is pretty disgusting I might say. It's something that people haven't been in the snow, once it starts to melt a couple days afterwards it looks really nasty once it's there it's the old melting and all the men shovel to the side. I wanted to melt because it was already like black and browns now, but like seeing it melt is gross.
I had a kind of a final destination moment on Friday, now that I almost died, well like fate said like no you're not getting out of this, you're destined to fall on your face on your ass. So Friday I'm at work, one of my co-workers has chicken so she brings eggs every once in a while so big basket of eggs just there for people to pick what they wanted, so I'm kneeling in front of the basket trying to see what I'm gonna get. Like start leaning forward, about to either fall face first into the basket of eggs and just break everything or straight into the wall and probably put a dent like I say myself I stopped myself nothing happened or my co-worker so it was fine. I'm here at home Friday evening like 6th in the afternoon I'm supposed to take my daughter somewhere like let me do something real quick so I'm already pushing fate let me do something before I take you.
So I do what I'm supposed to do, we get a friend, it's about three foot high like a metal fence different sections of it just to keep my dogs away from certain parts of the egg. So we're talking to our daughter she's like oh I can't believe her brother jumps this fence or so this and we're like you can jump with your athletic and she's like no no I'm gonna fall down it's like a three foot fence so it's not that big. I'm like you need to keep an eye up it's pretty easy so then I'm walking back and I say look I'm gonna do it also how is it? So I take like five steps because I think I'm gonna do it you know what this is going I jump my ice cream and I skip and I hop or whatever in my mind I'm already crossing I'm fine.
Do my back foot I guess that heel caught on it and instead I'm just kind of tripping forward it stopped my momentum full blast. I take the whole fence with me fall down I know you can see a little bit there and it's different panels that side once fall on my head so I'm going to the floor just to make it transfer my face my daughter laughing at me because I'm ten years to do it. My wife who saw I said I was jumping in slow motion they look like I just jumped up instead of forward because I visualized myself just hurtling this thing and then like yeah okay I guess they did want me to fall on Friday so wow wow you and that's why you don't jump over fences your daughter learned them about me. Alright let me say before we start I'm just gonna say something very quick the reason why I was late is because I haven't had lunch and I was making mac and cheese I hate when people eat in podcast so if you see me go out like turn off my camera. I haven't had lunch so I'm hungry. I won't say anything after I'm done here I'm gonna go eat my dinner already I have lunch but I bought some there's a new store here because we have a public's every has public's that's Florida you have a public it just opened earlier last year so but it opened next to the like local supermarket that we had that one okay sorry we're done public's here we're leaving and now a new one called Bravo came in it's basically like it's a good so we went today it's our second time there so I got a house gonna do this a little chance so as soon as I'm here I'm gonna go eat my wife my son is one ready to go nice my my love had Bravo's I think your temper yeah it's good yeah it's pretty good so but friend Brandon is your pastry nurse today we're not hello there gentlemen Jim Pullman I am really excited for shadow lord and I'm under the road movie I cannot wait right there we do Brandon we'll talk about both I'm shadow lord it's on I love it I'm sure I'm gonna love it and I'm like yeah okay whatever sorry expectation no so I think I'm going to enjoy it when it actually comes out alright though so let's start real quick our first news item is this Empire arthuan you go straight to it in doesn't wait so I don't know if you got a chance to look into it okay now you're wearing kind of too much into the news this week but every day kind of I think Wednesday Thursday Friday Empire released a couple of news articles for them and the logo the big article the full article comes out later this month for their main issue and the first one is basically if you lonely for the most part talking about the movie what it means for the characters there's a completely different era it's not a prequel it's not a sequel it's not set in set in anything up it's a big celebration of the main characters of the title characters which I love hearing that I know a lot of fans are probably gonna hate it because it's ours and we need this big adventure that pushes the story forward but yeah this is kind of the culmination of these two characters that we've drawn to no one love for the past what like six years now and that's what I want we talk about it just give me a fun adventure and if it's a fun adventure focus on Mando and Grogo I'm happy with that so there's there's so much I'm thinking about like I agree with you like mando and Grogo half turn into the face of Star Wars specifically since since the sequel trilogy ended I mean mando and started a couple weeks before my subscribers so yeah it's also weird for me that we're celebrating them already like yeah the face of Star Wars and it's been six years but it's been six years like we can hold off on the celebrations for a little bit but whatever like that's really all I need this movie to be like yeah sure whatever happened like that they turn season four into this if they do another I don't care like I just want to be there and have fun with these characters and we came to love them for their adventures and for will they turn out to be as characters and everything with it with them and if this movies just like another adventure with them I'm fine with that yeah that's fun I didn't know if he lonely you know co-wrote the movie or wrote the movie I didn't know he's the second unit director so I can get him more even though he's directed asoka directed episodes of the Mandalorian second unit director for this movie just ready before he goes into full on directing his own movie so that makes sense like if you know they're showing something somewhere in fabric was elsewhere it makes sense for but only to be the second year director so that's I did not know that that's actually pretty interesting but I'll talk a little bit about where Mando is at this point beside the end of season three although he's kind of retired he did to help work with the new republic if you need anything just let me know what we're gonna get kind of hunting bad guys and we learn here that he's still a bounty hunter we just have a bounty hunter for the good guys which is not something as you hear often but it makes sense that this is background and now he's just wait since he trailers give me warlords or imperial remnants bad guys I'm gonna hunt them down so he's still a bad ass bounty hunter just for the cool guys I mean the good guys yeah this I'm feeling that this show this movie is literally gonna be he's on one twin three somehow crammed into like a 90 minute 120 minute thing because like it's a lot of it feels like everything we know like they're going on a venture is he's a bounty hunter again he has a razor crest again they're running from the empire or something I don't know we're running a boat right yeah just a boat right for back oh oh I hope I got it I mean they can get another race request you can find a post-right so post-right for somewhere probably his step has one lane around he can toss around so another thing from this article and when we saw the trailer we saw brother Pascal without the helmet or I choose Eddie Mandalorian without the helmet on two different scenes and people were oh we're gonna get it here we go finally it's probably just those two things that is there he won't be in the arm will be the stuff guys but and oh didn't we go the season three was this repenting for taking summer now we're gonna have to re-thread the same thing and I'm glad that it talked about this interview John Faro says it's a tricky thing because you want to see his face of course but the archetype is that of the helmet how do we find a way to do it without undermining everything that we develop about the Mandalorian Creed and then Pelopascals as when we got to that part or like in the script when I got to that part or I can say is that it made perfect sense and it was what I was hoping would be the reason if I were to be something I would say the only thing that makes sense is blank and that's exactly it he feel that blank I said immediately John that's exactly what I was hoping to hear before these people that say better Pascal hates them on the laurian he hates the character we're never gonna see it again and I'll go into a little further in a minute how much that there's a reason for him to remove the helmet that makes sense that Pedro kind of agreed with and how much we'll see of him actually with the helmet on in terms of better Pascal being them on the laurian while he still serves the role with fellow performers that if crowd and Brandon Wayne much of the film has Pascal under the best card you'll see Pedro in the arm or both with and without the helmet confirm confirm Fabro it's a pretty physical performer so we push a little further than we have in the past as far as what he's doing interesting so he'll be there for I'm not gonna say most of the movie but he'll be there for a lot of it so it's him there which is what a lot of people kind of work yeah he doesn't care about Mando anymore that's why he came back in season three and maybe I'll swap it but no no he's there physically finally stuck complaining about Pedro no I'm very interested with that my conversation because like I didn't really think much of it I was just like okay he got captured and got it removed and sure yeah yeah but I mean it seems like they're kind of building it up to be like a thing that happens in the movie and it makes me think of like the last I don't remember enough it's the last two times but in season two when he takes it off in the in the believer and then in the finale it was both like crucial moments and important moments in the in the show and for the characters so it will be interesting to see like if they do something else with that yeah let's see I don't have my notes but part of that first conversation with Filoni I think was with Filoni my Pablo how much Dean Jaren has grown in terms of caring for Grogor that he's still about to hunt and he's about to hunt for the good guys because he's grown I don't say grown attached to Grogor but it's that relationship they're like he's the good guy he's grown past I'm just gonna collect bounties and that's it it's that love that's there that's gonna that's pushing the characters forward so maybe that's why he needs to remove his helmet a few times but yeah so now that we haven't seen I'll let you you know I mean I'll have seen just like Pareva's gal or Dean Jaren didn't remove his helmet in a while so we haven't seen in the show in a while it's like friend Dale this year Dale's high worker hello there general Dale that's what you know so sorry I want to say something no I was just gonna agree with you like I think the reason for taking off his helmet has to be Grogor related so we'll see and then kind of finishing up the empowerment because that we're out last week Jeremy Allen White which was huge I still can believe it that he's a starworks which is great it's playing Rotate Heart which I've never been a fan of the characters thinking which I'm in the trailer we've seen a couple of back sides shots we got that full on I don't know I'm guessing you saw that whole new image of his battle acts it's just looking all ripped it's like glad the actor fighting the picture which we kind of assume but we got some confirmation I have a question wasn't there some controversy with the picture oh well it's the internet so there was a picture that came out around the same time that the article started going out but the picture they were too images and I tweeted it out or posted that they looked weird because I thought they were kind of pre-production still kind of hey this is what they got what it might look like because on the first image is facing forward holding those weapons and then the second image is facing to the side but the second half of his body like detail is the same on both images so it doesn't move which is kind of weird but the two weapons that he's holding on those initial shots change kind of design and form and which hand is holding which in both images so the heart itself if it was Rotate looked great but was something off about those weapons it was holding the design wasn't really much in the different images everything now people who question if it's AI or not you would really never know so I was some con I don't say controversy people just didn't know the official images or not because I think someone tweeted out that they were fake how he called from ILM tweeted out hey there's some images out there they're not from the movie so kind of squashed that like yeah these aren't real and then the official image came out which is the the thumbnail of this video yeah I think that it repeats with that two battle axes looking ripped as hell wrote us back we can talk that no I was just confused with the controversy because I saw the whole it's a I and then I saw like wait when it has the Empire seal like I was so confused they're very similar I think someone might have seen the original and I mean they don't look AI like it looks like an actual image that you would see I still think that maybe it was you know from those art of books when they throwing different things out to see what what sticks they were calling me just also and they're pretty close to what we actually got okay Jeremy Allen White confirmed that he will speak some hot teeth as Rotate but will also switch to basic which is something we discussed here when we talk about the trailer if it will mostly speak basic or it is to get a combination of both and then Faro said that hot ice basically a nipple baby and that's trying to get away from the shadow of being chalice and that's I guess why he's in the gladiator pits and all that stuff a little bit of background over rota is I know when the movie was announced and people kind of rumors were trying to fly out it seemed like the same plot as a clung watch movie that might not to go and rescue rota doesn't seem like that's part of it I'm seeing the fake picture okay yeah so they're saying that one kind of AI there's it's not but that they look pretty similar which there and Swole hot as can brand amazing he's very so there so one thing I've been thinking about now that we've seen the trailers we got a little bit of background of where rota is at this point what do you think that twins that hot twins play into everything here I don't think that they're not just left hopefully we'll be back soon I don't think they're part of like they what I think I think they want to take a rota out maybe he's the heir to Jabba's let me get him back all right welcome but that was a big bite of mac and cheese I took you out completely literally don't know what happened okay the twins I have no idea how they factoring maybe they're looking for their I mean or is he like air gladiator so what I thought cuz the twins if I mistake and they went to Boba fed basically trying to say hey Jabba's empire sees ours or something and then that's what they try to kill Boba and all that crescent and then the rank or stuff maybe they hire they want to hire Mando to take out rota cuz he's Jabba's heir if they can if he can take rota out they can kind of officially take over the whole empire that's what I'm thinking I don't know I don't know it doesn't maybe a rata gets Mando to kill his uncle yeah so there's still a lot of about this movie I'm not sure what it's going to go but it's interesting I by the way I was it's ever since our last episode I was thinking like what if this movie does the return of the dead I think where the first 20 minutes of the movie is just like this random story that's going on and then the rest like our 30 yeah it's just like the actual movie like what of that what it's cuz like Pharaoh being a huge star wars fan I wouldn't be shocked he did something like that but it wouldn't surprise me I still think that the whole rota twins thing it's the beginning of the movie and the main politician with the empire stuff how does it all mesh together I'm not sure it's funny if you watch the newest trailer you see that he goes to talk to the hot twins he goes there seems that he goes by his own bullish it's not being forced there but he's not there's another trailer after the original he goes there and then that's when we see that the droid takes the mask off but he goes by himself but if we go back to that teaser that they showed in celebration when Mando's there he's shooting at those two big droids that right outside so he goes there twice and the second time I'm guessing goes her kids and that's why he's shooting at those droids so I don't know if I don't know what if it's the same time and it's just like I don't know if you say down maybe maybe it goes kicked out anyway and I think or they do the return on the dry thing and he's like well yeah he's like a baby there yeah we're just hanging out there the center sleep upstairs and that's then grow gonna go some I think and do you think embo I'm starting to think that maybe the Empire sends embo to kidnap Drogo because I still need him for something and then that gets down that part moving you know I don't think that embo sent by the hot twins I think embo's part of the Empire plot that'd be cool we get bounty hunters working for the Empire again so the next weekend or next song that I believe is the Oscars that big the biggest night for Hollywood and it's an ABC no we're getting something I'm not saying I'm not trying like so I think we'll get our list at TV spot or Drogo shows up to make a little skit during the okay maybe something like that I don't think we're getting like a new trailer no one was very clip from the trailer the ratio but it's like a cool place again get this promo what if they do like a like a high-pods parody ad would I guess I think we'll see Grogo in the epic in the theater they're doing something yeah that sounds more like a next-year thing and it doesn't make sense because like see them only will be out but like it'll probably get nominated for some technical thing and you got Grogo walking we'll see we'll see next week all right so that was basically it for the Empire article we also got Sam Whitworth I can't remember where he was he was in another podcast or something I'm not sure and he's talking about mall and shallow Lord where we find mall when the show starts and he says he's confused a little apprehensive we pick up after the Clone Wars the Empire has taken over a mall we're assessing everything he's looking around at the Empire that thing he and his master have been working towards and he was apprentice and thinking is this what property had in mind how do I feel about this we get this different type of mall out there that's not the killing machine we're used to no he's trying to build his empire it's not good at delegating right again we hear this crime boss he's learning to use words manipulation and persuasion he's realizing the responsibility behind every action this and you totally for mall so I think this show even though I wasn't the most excited I'm still not that excited to the show because I know my excitement level is even kills I think I'll be surprised by the end of it but right now it's okay school to see where malls kind of head space is at the moment like oh crap I thought we're gonna roll just the two of us oh no he has some other other plans where work wasn't involved I used to look for yeah I don't remember when it's coming out I think I was April yeah I know the finalist made fourth it's what I remember but we get to episodes every week I'm still excited to get new so the big thing was kind of most current view of the Jedi like it was trying to hit the Jedi he wants to destroy the Jedi and we were going on to say now he's looking at the galaxy going boy we could surely use a Jedi Knight or two at least with the Jedi you knew what they still there's something to respect their this Empire his seasonal value there there's a naked draft for influence power money principles are gone and he looks out at that with a certain level the states you may not have agreed with the Jedi Knights where at least they had principle you knew who you were dealing with and you could reason with that there's no reasoning with the Empire Wow very introspective mall yeah more kind of change I'm trying to see and even though I love rebels I can't remember all the mall episodes it's how they're gonna match this mall to the mall we saw in Red Wars which is still like 18 years away he's still a that's like man I want the Jedi back I mean I don't think that's something that will be done because like you said there's an 18 years gap here so yeah anything can happen in really in 18 years so no I but I don't think we'll see him be like and I can see him maybe miss the Jedi and that switch immediately flipping when he realizes that you know these alive yeah I mean we know that he's trying I guess I don't say we know but there's this Twilight Jedi on the loose I think there's some other character that's also Jedi is trying to I don't know if you're trying to recruit them to same thing I try with Ahsoka trying to find someone to help bring the Empire down we know that he wanted to train Ezra I guess for a similar reason but I want to see how involved kind of the Empire is still is in terms of him going after Palpatine trying to bring the whole thing down obviously just gonna be focused on building this new kind of crime organization because again even though I've just talked about rebels we still got to do we still get solo kind of halfway between that yeah but he's taken over Shimson Dawn so we go to see how we get from this new mall to at least that solo mall five years on the line if we get a couple seasons into it yeah it was interesting to see that Mollys can man I hated the Jedi I still do but you can reason with what they were doing compared to what we're doing now the Empire is just there's not a force thing it's just power and corruption it's not what's going on but yeah it's kind of like me missing the Republicans who thought that we needed to take money from four people together to rich people to go to poor people like at least I got leaves on something you know it's really down to this give them they'll help if you give them a little they'll help you 40 years later and people say that works just give it down there's always hope for it so yeah again same thing is cool to get more out there for mall is coming out in about a month or so so we're starting to get a bit more information and all they don't do for TV shows usually a couple of weeks before is when we start seeing more promotion for it but yeah I wouldn't but I'm seeing a huge marketing blitz for the show yeah all right and then finally Leslie Headland was in a George Lucas show I think was called she's been doing an interview and we know the art of I could I just came out a couple weeks ago so it's a lot of information came out and they brought back the whole Kiadimundi age thing of being around she mentioned that she talked to I can't believe just what goes name I'll say better not to probably I'll go to make sure and he said yeah the only thing is this trading card or whatever so it's an alien if you want to be a hundred it can be a hundred the water you need to and that's why that they have it in the card game yeah and that's where you got canceled right there after that episode we're done I don't didn't know people care so much about you can cone head yeah but somebody that big day for fandom back then can you miss it I'll never forget Alex and Molly and so worth its plane they started an episode being like oh good news can you have a new birthday yay everyone's mad about it oh man I'll say now you bring that a quick segue they interviewed Chris Ken I'm sure I forget sorry yeah I was a great interview yeah I haven't watched about he revealed a yes and you always were coming out I was by with which being kind of the point of view guy was talking about all the other pilots involving the galactic civil war coming October I think so no that's far off they will see how that goes anyway so let's see headland was talking about Yoda our favorite green guy out there and how it did well had been a season two of the acolyte that Yoda would a hundred percent have helped burn extra with the cover up which I'm guessing is the cover up or instead of saying that came here heard it falling Jedi apprentice kill all the Jedi masters no so did it is that the brain ducting will pin it on saw and kind of watch our hands of it that Yoda would not be okay with it and kind of cover up and similar to the kid in Mundi we have a split in the fandom for a couple of hours it wasn't that long people saying here we go she doesn't know anything was not worse and the other half I mean that's the other half you see the last one eight years the fandom has played over a story beat that never happened never happened but that's how we go so unlike I mean we saw you at the end of the episode in the finale we kind of thought oh we know where this is going because if you're ready high Republican fortune Yoda really caught with something 200 years earlier with the battle of Jela not the battle of Jela whatever in phase two and you kind of yeah let's not say that there's something affecting Jela others you know comes from Spanish let's keep it quiet scared yeah jump 300 years or whatever and he like to look about North Vader being an American and people say that he gave a little glance to to make window and oh that's it's about we don't heard about safety in a thousand years he's like I don't know about that all of you know if you know what happened in front of you know the Jedi turn to us I won't say anything plus the brand of things what do you fall do you care like you said this never happened it's all about context we don't know how to play that in the show I don't kind of like it makes sense that way they've kind of done recently with some of the decisions but the other side like you know that's still for a lot of people you know that's the the why's this do that out there but if you go into the weeds maybe not I cannot feel bad not feel bad I don't know how to feel 100% always blaming the jail I for a bit this is a more interesting conversation that oh why do you think about the story be back never happened I think it would take a good point like the image of Yoda is kind of sacred and that's why like Rogen was like this big thing like oh we're going there so I don't know what I would prefer because like the movies do keep Yoda as the wise like you know and I don't think it's wrong to say like Yoda I think is the person you would like to strive to be like yeah Yoda's a pretty send-in good guy does he make mistakes of course and they're also in the movie like in the prequels you have him be like oh and I can read always the people we lose and it's like what they're not your mom like forget about her so I do kind of like that you know the the bigger things that shattered that image are in books and comics and things that not everyone is exposed to but I don't know I think it's interesting like this whole thing with Yoda like and I don't know where I fall specifically it's one I talked about it here before it's there's a lot of recent not a lot but probably two or three recent books or maybe TV episodes that put a lot on the Jada not being the most I don't say perfect because I think the Jedi not perfect and a lot of people want them to be perfect and that's when there are a lot of the criticism comes from even though we love and again and all that imperfect Jedi out there if the Jedi make a mistake is yeah this is why the institution is to follow the mistakes they've done but that's part of being a captain it's interesting because George does make this point like you know he does put them in armor for a reason and he's trying to say something with the prequels and with the Clone Wars and explain like how they fall from grace but it's all in supplement of the trilogy where the Jedi come back so I think George maybe has a very similar opinion to you like yes it's a super flawed institution that made a ton of mistakes and I feel like it's interesting to have storytelling with that and not have them be like these perfect nights and even in the high republic where we see them at their best there's still mistakes it's a big institution with thousands of people like of course it's gonna happen but I don't know I do get what you say like I hate it when people get like ah there's the worst but at the same time like I I can ignore that and enjoy my story but the ones that do it great to do it best like for some of your sort of re-enter of Mike Chen which has had the on his book came out recently in Brotherhood there's a big part of hey the emergency powers we gotta create the army we need the Jedi to be part of it and you've seen how they start getting involved in the war and there's a different book I also show that I think that's a great way to say okay here's with the Jedi as an institution sorry to go down the wrong path because now they're involved in politics and it was actually happening with the war and that's very interesting it's more when the stories that seem to know everything that happened is the Jedi fall if they only were a little less really none of this would have happened and I had an issue with it in the the like the dozens of Inquisitor book but of course that's book is from an Inquisitor point of views of course yeah what's like on my head on that okay makes sense but when this Yoda news came out like yeah of course it would have kind of been involved in it it's like ah we need to keep facing that but again it's Yoda and with his the greatest one out there we still make mistakes unfortunately for him we're very big mistakes unfortunately for Yoda and the and the Jedi it does make sense for them to bury it and let's not talk about this ever again so I can see it both ways I was gonna say there is a Star Wars movie that really deals with the Jedi and their flaws and one character wants them to come back and the other one wants them to land at the end we get to a consensus of what the Jedi are or should be we talk about them what I don't know what you're talking about that movie doesn't exist I got the clones oh man but yeah last Jedi is the best Star Wars movie we gotta do now that's what we almost at 10 years right next year every 10 years from last with the other but the 3th anniversary for so I was a lot of stuff going on we should do a thing that is the last day I haven't seen it for three years and I have my big issues when I watch it's wrong with me why haven't you watch the other one is gonna win if you don't know that's what I'm wearing my Vader shirt so you know where I'm leaning I think I'm like more disconnected from Star Wars than you are and I watched them the other day wait a minute the last time was movie I watch was the Phantom Men's as we talked about it here because it's 20 years where it was and before that I think was solo now was rock one after and I have watched solo like three or four months before I haven't watched anything from the sequel trilogy in all select two or three years I saw the I saw Force Awakens actually that's oh yeah we talked about it a couple months ago right some land I've seen a couple of hours movie I watch all the stories movies I have this there's so much stuff out there but yeah Star Wars man I know I gotta make time for never see but no I think for even though it's far away maybe for that I'll rewatch last year and we'll have a cool discussion we'll invite a cool people by the way your commitment is to watch last Jedi almost two years from now because that's why I said the other December I'll see it I watch it this year before it's summer I watch at some point I will have a last year like that's gonna be cool because we have the re-release of me hope yeah then may we have Starfighter and then December it's the 10th anniversary well for celebration somewhere you know that all right celebration is an April yeah 23 seven it's it's packed a joy of Star Wars is that all right I think that's like a good way to finish our chat today so I know not of actual news out there but just some stuff to get the blood flowing with Star Wars so many chlorians in the blood this week to talk about Star Wars so yep so I thought the hopefully back at some point I guess that's a we'll see oh not I don't know we'll see good news is an April we get new Star Wars and that takes us all the way into the movie yeah oh yeah after April I don't know that first out of there when April if I can do a show but we'll see maybe after that we'll figure some time yeah all right thank you to Brandon thank you to Dale anyone else out
