S13E4 Optimistic Opener

Regulars John, Dave, Erin and Josh are joined by guests Danny and Laurie as we discuss the opening weekend of the Premiership season in the main. To kick things off though, Dave gives us a quick review of Dundee United's win at Gayfield on Friday. Everyone is in agreement that there was excitement going in to the season and we discuss what fans enjoy most about the first day of a new season. We're all in agreement that laughing at Hibs is always pleasing. We review the games in the Premiership with Killie grabbing the headlines with their win against Rangers. There are positives too from a Scotland point of view with David Turnbull having a strong start to the season. There is some fun to be had as we discuss pet hates in football which could probably be a podcast in itself. Cold pies and team lineups being put out in a certain way being a popular theme. In a new feature, we get everyone to come up with a headline from the games at the weekend with Danny being the winner this week.
