Later, a grainy photo and a video captured by the girls of a man on the bridge walking towards them was released by police.  It started a manhunt that lasted for years and gained the tenacious interest of Podcaster/Researcher/Author. Nic Edwards! As it stands now, Richard Allen sit in jail on charges stemming from the murders of Abby and Libby!
