S1E0: The Birth of The FWD Think Tank (Candid Pilot)

Let the fun begin! The creation of the FWD Think Tank has been an idea of mine for over four years now, and it's now coming to life! In this episode, I share a bit of background about myself, my career as a Holistic Health Coach of over a decade, and- a dual diagnosis of both an autoimmune disorder and rare, thymic tumor that ultimately propelled me forward to get this podcast into the world. Because of the "standard of care" protocol being eseentially unwritten in the case of a thymoma, I felt this was my chance to walk my talk, put myself in the driver's seat of my health and take my healing into my own hands. Combining the best of both worlds with both conventional and (to my satisfaction and alignment) naturopathic oncology care, I am on a mission to fully heal, and share this healing journey with those who need to hear it. Our modern world is plagued with stress, fatigue, multitasking and truthfully, too many "food like products" that our bodies are in a constant state of inflammation. Our country is in a health crisis, and I am on a mission to bring some of the thought leaders of the wellness industry, my own personal friends and healers, and some incredibly heroic individuals who have healed from their own diagnosis together to share information for how we can collectively heal.
