S1e09- Your Leadership Legacy

In the Series 1 finale of The Human-Centred Leader, Nelsonbrings together all nine episodes in a meditation on leadership legacy: What it is, how it is built and why the Deputy Principal is the most important architect of it in a school. The episode includes the three-word leadership brand exercise, the DISC Legacy Map (natural legacy, shadow risk, and intentional shift for each profile), a full 90-day leadership presence plan, adeeply personal letter to the Deputy Principal and the final DISC Diagnostic imagining what staff might say in a staffroom after their Deputy moves on, in two versions, intentional and unexamined.
