S1E2 : Sustainability in Food and Health.

from Sustainability 101 Podcast · host Pratiksha More

In our second episode, we discuss how the food and health industry are affected by climate change. Sustainable eating is about choosing foods that are healthful to our environment and our bodies. Given our systemic impact on the planet, issues such as health, nutrition, and sustainability must now be dealt with together. A more sustainable food production can also create new business opportunities and remove significant socio-economic burdens. It is time to acknowledge the fact that what we eat determines our health, and so accept that what we eat determines the health of our planet. We also discuss how the small measures at an individual level can bring a positive impact on our ecosystem. Lastly, we hope all of you support us in our journey for creating a social and environmental impact on our society through this medium.
