S1E20_Convention of States Assembly Propose Balanced Budget Amendment

When the Convention of States proxies representing all fifty states convened last Tuesday morning for a four day assembly in Philadelphia, three “items of concern” were on the agenda for consideration regarding their feasibility as potential amendments to be adapted into the U S Constitution.
