In the episode, we mention her as still living at the time. June Lockhart was a beloved icon of television, and we send our love and respect to her family, friends, and fans. May her memory be a blessing. 💙* 🧠 Mercy, mind wipes, and… tentacle poker?! Jenny, Jenn, and first-timers Ali and Gus (with guest Ian!) dive into “The Quality of Mercy,” one of Babylon 5’s most chaotic and thought-provoking season one episodes. This week’s banter includes: • The crew losing it over Centauri “anatomy” trivia and JMS’s fever-dream writing. • Ali declaring herself an alien anatomy expert. • Jenn connecting mercy, morality, and Shakespeare’s Merchant of Venice. • Gus insisting on the ethics of not whipping it out at the poker table. • Jenny explaining the JMS lore behind mind wipes and space justice. • Plus: June Lockhart, universal healthcare, and Londo’s questionable poker face. 🎬 Watch our LIVE REACTION to the episode here ✨ Support us on Patreon for unedited reactions and bonus content! 👉 http://www.patreon.com/babbleonpod 📲 Follow us on Bluesky: @babbleonpod.bsky.social 🎶 Music: “Discovery” by Alexander Nakarada
