S1E22 "Chrysalis"

(00:00:00) Zocalo (01:18:01) Grey Council Cocoons, conspiracies, and… traffic cones?! In this episode of Babble On, Jenny, Jenn, Ali, and Gus and guest Ean dig into the game-changing Babylon 5 Season 1 finale, “Chrysalis.” We break down Delenn’s shocking transformation, the assassination plot that flips the station on its head, and the chilling sense that the Shadows are finally moving. Ali spirals into theories about what’s inside the cocoon, Jenn breaks down how JMS escalates a narrative into a full-on paradigm shift, and Gus argues that Londo just made the worst deal in sci-fi history. We also detour into costume symbolism, chaotic headcanon, and the moment Babble On officially lost its mind over set dressing. 🚧 🔗 Watch the video version of this discussion here. ✨ Support us on Patreon for early access and full-length reactions: 👉 http://www.patreon.com/babbleonpod Thanks for joining us on the station - whether you’re cocooned in suspense, yelling “DON’T TRUST MORDEN,” or just here for the cones.
