The place so spooked the maid that she quit, leaving the job to a new housekeeper. Less than forty-eight hours after the new maid arrives, something horrible happened at the home. An entire family dead under mysterious circumstances, left undiscovered for four days. However, the chimney smoke and animals being fed was a source of a greater mystery. Was it murder?
