S1E24_Social Reform Congressional Leadership Caucus Wiped Out in Fatal Crash

from 1st Amendment News Podcast · host Pop Knows

At around 11:15 PM  last night, a special charter flight carrying the entire Social Reform Congressional Leadership Caucus crashed in a remote section of the Great Smokey Mountain National Park, killing all of those onboard.  The private aircraft owned by Howard Moorland, one of the Social Reform Party’s biggest private donors, slammed into Mt Guyot; one of the highest points in the national park at 6,621 feet.   The mountain is part of a string of peaks which run along the rugged Tennessee-North Carolina border.  Early speculation from an FAA official is that the pilot was attempting to circumvent the most intense portion of a massive thunder storm centered over the southern Appalachian region.  Support Our Podcast -  Find 1st Amendment News T-Shirts and Travel Mugs at:https://www.zazzle.com/store/pop_and_kks_place/products     Support the show
