Join me this week as I sit down with Rebecca Minor, LICSW, a queer, Jewish clinician, consultant, educator and author specializing in the intersection of trauma, gender, and sexuality.  She is the founder of Prism Therapy Collective, where her approach is always trauma-informed and resilience-oriented.During our time together, Rebecca shares her personal journey to becoming a Gender Specialist, who now dedicates her life to working alongside trans and gender nonconforming youth through their journey of becoming as well as serving as a guide to their parents.  At a time when trans hate and suicide is on the rise, Rebecca is a true gift to our community.  In addition to her clinical work, Rebecca is a part-time faculty member at Boston University School of Social Work and has provided cultural responsiveness training and consultation to organizations, schools, and businesses for the past decade.
