S1E36b- Mini Episode - 3 Lessons From Amy Berry - with Andrea Miller

In this short episode, I reflect on 3 lessons I learned from my conversation with Amy Berry - Find the Good from Season 1 Epsiode 32. Amy lost her parents over the past couple of years and rather than reflecting solely on her grief, Amy gave us valuable perspective and shared 3 things that have stuck with me:(1) Ask your parents questions either by using a book with predetermined questions or just creating your own and documenting to look back and read in the future.(2) Take photos of you and your parents or of other special people in your life.(3) There is always room at the table to include people and open your hearts and minds. I definitely took advantage of the first item by purchasing books and starting this exercise with both parents. I am trying to do better with photos.
