The Big Story Ep 45: ST survey finds more want to work from home – HR expert says hybrid model will stay Synopsis: This is a special episode of The Straits Times' video series The Big Story. After several months of having to work from home due to Covid-19, the novelty might have worn off, but the practice seems to have caught on. A survey of nearly 1,800 people - commissioned by The Straits Times - has found that eight out of 10 workers now say they prefer to work from home or have flexible working arrangements.
