Jake shares his passion for conserving species, as well as his belief in the need to prioritize the happiness of animals in our care. They also explore the tension between managing physical well-being and providing psychological opportunities for animals in captivity, and the sometimes bizarre unintended consequences of focusing too much on measuring welfare.
