When a customer walks into your shop with a "Do Not Duplicate" key, do you automatically copy it? What about when they bring in a safe? When you're on a job do you always follow the manufacturer's rules OR do you just make it work? And are your quotes and pricing always accurate, or do you just make it up as you go? Questions, comments, concerns? Email us [email protected] or find us on Twitter @3tumblerspod.
