S1E6 - Mastering your fertility with Dr Haylee & Kristin (NTP)

from Not Defined by Endo · host Teniola Ogunro

Endometriosis is a beast. With it comes lots of challenges, a major one being infertility. 1 in 4 pregnancies result in miscarriage, and 1 in 8 women struggle with fertility. But up to 40-50% of women with endometriosis struggle with fertility. While the statistics look grim, we must do all in our power to improve our chances even with endometriosis. Today, we are speaking with Dr Haylee and Kristin, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. Haylee and Kristin both founded Tiny Feet, with the aim to help struggling women with their fertility struggles, and help them realise their dream of a healthy life and a healthy baby. They provide online courses, consultations, advice on functional testing and supplements etc.  If you want to reach Dr Haylee and Kristin, go on their website www.tinyfeet.co. On there, you can take the quiz ‘Are you Healthy Enough to get pregnant?’ and follow the steps to a healthier life in preparation for a healthy baby.
