S1E8 Belorage Awakens
from Empyrean Decree Hosted by Empyrean Decree
Thea has a heart to hear with her wyvern Tranchevant where her integrity is called into question after being used as a scapegoat by her. Varek, picking up on something being wrong, pulls Thea upstairs to have a one on one with his sister where she comes clean about the nightmares she has been having most of her life. As she finally goes to sleep, Varek sneaks out and makes his way to a smithy, eager to get some alone time in his element with his own egg. Rygolean, feeling more at home, makes the first crack in his egg. With the sun coming up, he wraps things up and shakes hands with the Forgemaster, Karo Dawnhart. Gideon and Sam head to the apothecary where Sam is eager to show off his own magic, only to have it land flat when the twins aren't there. He gets a new book, and the party reconvenes at the Red Harvest Inn. Captain Theo arrives, requesting their presence as a member of Internal Affairs has arrived from the capital. The meeting turns sticky and Nadal is placed in an awkward situation, forcing the emergency of their lightning wyvern Belorage.
