S2/02: Going “Home”

Episode 2 of Season 2 is all about going “home” and specifically balancing those tricky transitions. Arden shares a little about his personal endeavors with pursuing his Real Estate license, and how allowing himself to have 24 hours to “mourn”, be upset with or annoyed by something has cleared up more space in his body and mind. Sam offers gratitude for life’s simple pleasures like slippers, hot showers and a bed. They both agree that it’s an unbelievable gift to feel so welcomed and loved when returning home.
