On Friday, February 25th, 2022, it was ordered by Judge Kathy Solorzano, as directed by the California state court of appeals, that all proceedings in The People vs. Robert Durst “are permanently abated” because of Robert Durst’s death, effectively vacating Durst’s conviction.
