Continuing our focus on mental health is host of Dope and Damaged Podcast, Nes Reign.  Nes was a happy, optimistic woman with dreams and aspirations in the entertainment business until her life got turned upside down.  Her sister was tragically murdered!  This episode takes us into her experience and her continued struggle to accept a life without her sister.  Sometimes anxiety and depression overwhelm Nes, yet her faith, her family and her relationship with herself continue to be a source of strength.  She's proof that you can be dope (brilliant) and damaged.  Nes was born in Tetouan\Morocco and migrated to Germany with her family, where her dad lived prior to marrying her mom at the age of 3. She lost her sight at the age of 5, due to an operation gone wrong. Her parents raised her as independently as possible nonetheless. She signed her 1st record deal as a member of a trio girl group at the age of 15.After about 5 years, everything came to an end due to issues within the group and financial and contractual issues with the management. They parted ways and she pursued acting and hosting on TV.  Nes got involved in event management and started writing for magazine. Eventually she also started with music again. She lived in London and worked internationally. Nes continues to work in entertainment and currently resides in Germany.CONNECT WITH NESNes’ YouTube Channel:https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCPFu1KJ01GtauyvTZjr26KwNes' Instagramhttps://www.instagram.com/nes_reign/Nes' Facebook Pagehttps://www.facebook.com/nesreign LET SUZETTE HELPCOMING SOONDO YOU SPEAK MALE: THE 5 C'S OF UNDERSTANDING A MAN'S LANGUAGE!Details at https://bit.ly/hislanguage During this coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis, she will be offering coaching sessions on a sliding fee scale.  So if you need someone to talk with who will not judge you but will be a source of encouragement and a reminder that who you are, whose you are and why you are is more than enough to overcome  your current circumstances, here's how to get in contact with her:For first-timers, the first hour of our session is free.  Just click http://www.calendly.com/suzettevearnon to get on my calendar.  If you do not receive notification immediately, send me a direct email at [email protected] and I'll confirm within 24 hours. For return customers, click bit.ly/slidingfeeform.  Provide your first name and email where you'd like the information sent and you'll get my sliding fee scale breakdown.  Make sure to check your email and your spam folder for an immediate response.  OTHER OPPORTUNITIES TO CONNECT WITH SUZETTEGet on her mailing list:  bit.ly/ssviplistFacebook:  www.facebook.com/yourcoachsuzetteTwitter:  www.twitter.com/yourcoachsuzettInstagram:  www.instagram.com/yourcoachsuzetteWebsite:  www.suzettesolutions.comEmail:  [email protected] SUBSCRIBETo get notifications of new episodes or to dive more...
