Rise Up Nation, meet our guest Kasey Herrington!   Kasey believes that our world is better for physicians, patients, staff, and the community when everyone works together toward excellence. Her heart for servant leadership is demonstrated by being present with her team and being humble in listening to their needs and concerns. She always works to create an environment where teammates are encouraged to collaborate and express ideas, try them out, and avoid costly mistakes. Her team knows they can count on her to be their shield and encouragement and to continuously operate with integrity.    A healthcare leader for 15+ years, growing up through a practice in multiple roles, Kasey has "boots on the ground" experience in all facets of a growing and thriving practice. Her most recent accomplishments include building a high-performing team, developing a culture of trust and conscious leadership, improving the market competitiveness for the practice, and participating in financial and operational leadership. She became the Chief Operating Officer in 2022.    She has managed large and small projects and is recognized for her accomplishments by peers, physicians, board members and the CEO.   In this episode we learn more about Kasey's family, her water bottle that has stickers representing who she is and the importance of exercise. Even though Kasey isn't in real estate, she gave us her great insight on the current housing market. We had a great chat about how she stays determined and positive.
