In this episode, Charlsey and Jen dive into relearning how to take care of ourselves, do it from a super healthy space of nurturing ourselves and wanting to vs as a last resort or some sort of checklist item at the bottom of our to do list, and embracing the changes our bodies go through and embracing the woman you’ll be on the other side of embracing the changes: babies, aging, and menopause.Jen Brango is an accredited life coach and metabolic optimization coach who helps midlife women learn how to take exquisite care of themselves so they can get their confidence and power back. Through her own journey, she learned that we can take care of ourselves from a place of nurture rather than pressure or as a last resort, and that it takes an internal look at how to love yourself. Through identity-based habits, we can learn to trust themselves and focus on the baby steps to become their future self, rather than focus on what they should be doing.
