S2 E13 - Helena, 3 x the checks and a trip to New Zealand

In this episode we hear about Helena's story. This episode acts as part 1 in a mini series, where in a couple of weeks we get to hear a second perspective on the same story, when Helena's dad (Martin) talks openly about how he tried to support her. This episode covers a range of topics from self stigma and denial of mental health to how Helena has come to manage her OCD after a number of years.
