Rise Up Nation, meet our guest Tim Davis!   Tim Davis is a 20-plus-year veteran of the mortgage industry. He comes from humble beginnings, growing up in the housing projects of a rural town in Kentucky. Upon being introduced to the mortgage industry, Tim quickly became a high-producing loan officer. He went on to open 2 mortgage companies and ultimately become one of the most well known coaches in the business.    He is the founder of Agent Marketing Academy™, Agent Marketing Playbook™, and Personal Branding Mastery™ which are all tools designed to help the loan officer grow their business.    Tim has helped loan officers grow their business by developing their personal brand, their leadership skills, and their teams. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Executive Leadership Coaching with a Masters in Business Coaching.    In his off time, you will find him hanging out with his wife and their 2 German Shepherds, at church or on a golf course.   In this episode, Tim gives his take on the current market, how he tries to create opportunities for himself, and the importance of investing in yourself. He also shares with us how comedy improv helped his sales skills, why his super power is intuition and putting himself in leadership positions to grow.
