#ChillAndCharityFridaysOnTNC #TheNewChannel | Christian Marx P. Rivero proudly hails from Sibuyan Island in Romblon. He is a licensed professional teacher, a public servant, and a volunteer. He took up Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Social Studies at Rizal Technological University and he is presently finishing his Master in Education major in Educational Leadership. He is currently connected with the Department of Education – Division of Mandaluyong City as a Senior Education Program Specialist for Planning and Research under the School Governance and Operations Division. He was recognized and presented with the United Nations Youth Leader Award by the United Nations Youth Association of the Philippines and received the Outstanding Rotaractor Award of District 3800. He is also one among the Philippine Youth Ambassador of Goodwill in the 45th Ship for Southeast Asian and Japanese Youth Program. He regularly gives talks on volunteerism and youth leadership in different conferences, seminar workshops, camps, and forums. On top of these and because of his heart towards inspiring both the youth and children, he co-founded a volunteer organization called I am Making A Difference (I am MAD). Kuya Christian definitely has the heart and sincerity on the issues our society faces and more importantly the values of being part of the solution. He is a public servant that goes beyond his duties as a youth leader, and as a Filipino.
