We return to the land of services in an episode where we talk all things The Island; what they offer, who they are and what they do to help young people in York. If you don't believe George and Lucy who work there, then we also get a little flavour from young people who go to The Island and one of their volunteers mentors!  This episode jumps around from opinion to opinion and from coping mechanism  to coping mechanism but hopefully gives you an idea of what this charity offers and a few bits of advice from them!
