S2:E22 - The Star Spangled Avenger
from 30&Nerdy Podcast Hosted by Josh Davis and Tyler McDaniel
"When the mob, the press, and the whole world tell you to move; your job is to plant yourself like a tree by the river of truth, and tell the whole world, "No, you move." Happy 4th of July Nerd Nation! It's been a while. Thank you for being patient during The Duke's hiatus. This episode is not like some. Not a lot of flare in it. Just conversation. In this episode, The Duke talks about some of the more exciting things going on in the nerd world and also about The Star Spangled Avenger himself...Captain America. In these dark times of injustice and hate, the quote above spoke to me when doing research on Cap. Speak out, speak up, fight the injustice. That's what Cap would have done. After you listen, please let me know what you think. What do you think Cap would think of the landscape of our country and even The World today? The show will be back to a regular schedule next week. Thanks for tuning in Nerd Nation. Cheers To Ya!
