Send me a text message Ahh, what a beautiful time of year it is - The Spring Equinox / Ostara. And at this time of year, we are reminded of the hope of the lighter and warmer days to come. The sun is making its way back towards us and this celebration marks the point where night and day are with us in equal measures.But what does this mean for us?I believe nature ALWAYS shows us the way. So we may, ourselves, feel a need for balance. We may be equally releasing the old, whilst calling-in the new. Now is the perfect time to make space in our lives and energetically,  by clearing out what is no longer aligned, and also start to plant and grow those seedlings of new beginnings!Equally being and doing.
