He has been working in the BPO, Tech, and Services Industry for 20+ years across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the U.S., helping companies and their employees be successful together. He has worked for both large companies (including Procter&Gamble, Hewlett-Packard, and Microsoft in Asia and the U.S.) and tech start-ups. James is passionate about improving the employee experience and helping companies become globally competitive. James started CARROTS a few years ago to help companies and BPO organizations become an Amazing Workplace to better attract, motivate, and retain talent.  He is an active member of the Information Technology and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP) and volunteers on the IBPAP membership committee. He is the co-founder of the University of the Philippines Alumni Association in Singapore (UPAAS). He was also Treasurer and Board Director for ISACA Singapore Chapter for 5 years.
