Silly Richard thinking he got away with an affair for all these years, Spoiler Alert: he did not.Izzie goes bonkers and all the interns attempt to help fix what she messed up, mostly because they’re all probably afraid if they don’t she will attempt to murder all of them as well.This is an intense episode where literally everyone is breaking down.
