S2: E27: Kingdom Economics

In this episode, Pastor Rhonda and Pastor Seth discuss several different things. We look at the conversations around social media that have gravitated towards rapture and the return of Christ. It is good to be looking forward, but the christian does not live in fear. Beyond that, we look at the lectionary passages, which are tough. This weeks passages look at wealth and how we use what God has given us. Wealth can lead us to a lot of places that direct us away from God. God cares what we do with what has been given to us. How we utilize our money and possessions should be directly influenced by kingdom living before our western context and way of life. This is not easy to live out and is something that we struggle with as well. But kingdom living is possible, only if we submit to God and follow His ways.
