In this episode we chat to Jools Tyrer about the power of visions/Mood boards. She creates one most years, or if ever she has a plan to change to life plan. Visualisation is one of the most powerful mind exercises you can do  it brings to life what we focus on and brings it to reality.  "The law of attraction is forming your entire life experience and it is doing that through your thoughts. As Jools mentions, Olympic athletes have been using it for years to improve performance, from runners to ice skaters. Psychology Today in one example reported that the brain patterns will activated when a weightlifter lifts heavy weights are also similarly activated when the lifter just imagined (visualised) lifting weights. So, what's the big secret to creating a vision board that works?
