In this episode we chat to Jools Tyrer about the power of visions/Mood boards. She creates one most years, or if ever she has a plan to change to life plan. Visualisation is one of the most powerful mind exercises you can do  it brings to life what we focus on and brings it to reality.  "The law of attraction is forming your entire life experience and it is doing that through your thoughts.
